predatory Loan Analyzer PLA

Loan originators have a growing problem verifying that the loans are compliant with Section 32 (HOEPA).  LooK Data Analysis provides products for compliance.

LooK has always felt that the highest risk for Loan fee compliance lies with the loan originator, for they are responsible for most of the fees. How do you lower your compliance risk and minimize your expense?

Look! Data Analysis, is the established leader in regulatory compliance analyses for the primary market. LooK! 's PLA is the only Internet provided web application on the market that offers access to Section 32 analyses. This is made possible because LooK! PLA service is a simple pay-as-you-go payment system, using the very popular Yahoo PayPal.

Other services provide only subscriptions with prescribed length of term contracts, or dedicated expensive "software suites" to install. With LooK!'s PLA, you simply do one loan analysis and you pay for one loan analysis. This keeps your costs to a minimum. See how analysis credits work here.

PLA Web Application uses the Reckoner Analysis Engine and provides web browser worksheets for 18 Federal, State, and local laws. Experience PLA Web Application free demo. Send a request for more PLA Web Application product information and pricing here.
